Registration, general conditions and terms of payment

Registration

Enrolment: to enter a course you have to fill in the application form appropriately and send it to the school by fax (+39 0432 42690) together with a photocopy of your passport or other valid identification document and a receipt of the deposit you made to enter the course.

Deposit: when you enter a course is required a 30% deposit of the fee course. If you require for accommodation there will be a second deposit to book your lodging. Confirmation of your booking will be given by the school only after receiving your deposit receipt by fax or e-mail.

Settlement: fee settlement should be paied before course starts or on the first course day or by special agreements previously taken between the school and the student.

In the deposit causal specify student's name, course and period. All bank expenses will be charged to the student.

You can pay by cash directly at the school.
Credit card (on site only)
VISA/Mastercard credit card (3% commission added).

Enrolment cancellation If cancellation is communicated 21 days before course starting, 50% of deposit, charges excluded, will be refund. If cancellation is communicated 20 days before course starting or later, the deposit sum will not be refund. If cancellation is justified by health or work reasons the deposit sum can be used for a new booking within a year. Fee settlement can not be refund in anyway. The school reserves itself the possibility to authorize, case by case, different ways of payment, and to require an advanced payment of the entire course and/or of the lodging booking, any time it will be considered necessary.
